- Manage the Implementation of software to support Work Order processing within their Apartment Communities.
- Denovo is actively supporting Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne real estate and construction customer with multiple projects relating construction / property management business and their use of the software, including:
- Remote support of their infrastructure and Oracle Configurable Network Computing (CNC) needs.
- Multi-phase design and enhancements to the Expense Participation components of the Property Management module to support retail, office, and commercial customers.
- Denovo has worked with a major Southern California-based development firm on a number of JD Edwards-related projects, including:
- Work with the Tax Department to establish, populate, validate, and utilize a separate set of books within the JD Edwards General Ledger to facilitate Tax Reporting vs. their standard GAAP reporting.
- Reconciliation of Cash vs. Accrual books in the JD Edwards Ledger Types.
- Planning for and Implementation of JD Edwards Homebuilder modules to support their Land Development business.
- Denovo team members recently completed supporting a large REIT with its migration from JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12. Our technologists are supporting the data migration effort.
- Worked with a major developer of shopping malls to develop reports from their JD Edwards environment utilizing the JD Edwards XPI Development Tools.
