Together,
Denovo and ReportsNow are delivering the next generation of Data Mining software designed specifically for the JD Edwards/Oracle user communities. Founded by the original developer of the OneWorld Xe Universal Table Browser, ReportsNow has created a secure, robust tool to fully access your Enterprise Data.
Data Access Studio is critical to the successful implementation and administration of your
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and
JD Edwards World enterprise solutions. Denovo has full-time staff committed to delivering this tool to your production environemnt in a matter of days.
Data Access Studio's features include:
- Browse tables and business views - Open multiple tables and views or open the most recently used tables.
- Visual Summarization - Summarize data, add column totals, or group by any set of columns
- Print grid data - Print in landscape/portrait, select multiple paper sizes, print preview, zoom or view multiple pages at a time
- Export rows to Excel and 3rd party applications - Copy rows to file, copy multiple rows to clipboard, drag and drop rows from Data Access Studio to 3rd party applications
- Feature-rich column layout - Column displayed by description, alias, SQL name or long data item name
The number one concern for any enterprise software administrator is protecting the company's database integrity. Data Access Studio (DAS) addresses your security concerns. DAS is an inquiry only tool. By design, update, insert and delete statements are not embedded into the tool. DAS extends the existing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World security protocol to protect confidential information, and also patches the security gaps that exist with the standard Universal Table Browser.
This tool, based on Microsoft's .NET framework, is the only JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World Ad hoc reporting tool available. Enterprise Report Writer, the only other native reporting tool, is very cumbersome and potentially crippling to your JD Edwards environment. DAS provides the capability to create custom views, joins and dynamic summary information and can print multiple page reports, all without extensive package and version management.
DAS utilizes Control Tables to help present your data clearly. Along with the system's Data Edit Rules, Data Dictionary, User Defined Codes and Object Management Workbench, tables are used to query and format data in real time. Data is presented with meaningful descriptions, not acronyms.
